Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's in the Paint/ home-improvement departments. You will welcome customers, help them find products and services, answer questions, process orders and deliveries, stock and replenish shelves, assist with loading merchandise, and participate in cross-training across departments to deliver exceptional service. Responsibilities include guiding customers through shopping or checkout, and performing other duties as assigned while collaborating with store teams to meet customer needs and departmental goals.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
- Reading, writing, and basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties requiring standing/sitting
- Minimally lift 25lbs
