Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's to welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will engage with customers across departments, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, load and stock as needed, process orders and deliveries accurately, and participate in cross-functional training to deliver excellent service. The role involves assisting customers in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services, and requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs (with heavier lifts possible under team procedures), and use common retail technology. Preference may be given to candidates with bilingual skills and certifications related to department trades. Travel is not typically required, though occasional travel to meetings or training may occur. Required Qualifications
- Minimum Qualifications 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
