Job Summary
Customer-focused Lowe's Sales Associate role in the Lawn & Garden area. Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping them find products, answering questions, processing orders, replenishing stock, and assisting in multiple departments as needed. Requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail technology, reading/writing/arithmetic, the ability to stand for long periods, and ability to lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts. Opportunities to develop product knowledge across departments and participate in store-wide benefits and discount programs. Location: Quincy, IL; Schedule is full-time with potential for varied shifts and travel only as needed for meetings or training; bilingual skills are encouraged.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
