Job Summary
Lowe's Full Time Sales Associate in Outside Lawn & Garden duties: Welcome customers to Lowe's, help them find right products, assist with locating and handling merchandise, replenish stock, process orders and deliveries, and cross-train across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, teamwork, and flexibility in department assignments. Requirements include basic computer and retail technology experience, ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with team lifting; bilingual skills andTrade-certification in a department are a plus. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- 6 months of Retail and/or customer service experience
- Bi-lingual skills
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials)
- Travel requirements: none (role does not require regular travel)
