Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's to welcome customers, help locate products across departments, stock merchandise, process orders and deliveries, and cross-train in other areas to help deliver the best customer service. You’ll interact with customers, answer questions, organize merchandise, and assist with loading when needed, with responsibilities varying by department such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services. The role emphasizes friendly service, product guidance, and reliable assistance to meet customer needs while supporting store operations and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
