Job Summary
Deliver exceptional customer service while helping visitors find the perfect memento of their Arch visit and process sales at the cash register. Replenish merchandise on the sales floor and receive and label incoming inventory. Maintain composure under pressure while multi-tasking and standing, bending, or stooping for extended periods. Lift up to 25 lbs. This full-time position at the Gateway Arch National Park in downtown St. Louis offers medical benefits, paid vacation, and a matching retirement program starting at $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledgeable about what to see and do in St. Louis
- Friendly and outgoing – able to easily strike up a conversation
- Able to count currency and add, subtract, multiply and divide
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
- Standing, bending, stooping for extended periods of time
