Job Summary
A Full-Time Sales Associate at JD Sports Canada will deliver outstanding guest experience in our Willowbrook store, perform POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep), and build lasting customer relationships. The role requires knowledge of the fashion industry, strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and the ability to multitask while meeting team and store deadlines. The associate will stay current on product/service updates, assist with online orders, and contribute to an inclusive, customer-focused store environment.
