Job Summary
JD Sports Canada is hiring a Full-Time Sales Associate at the Sevenoaks location. You will handle POS transactions, merchandising, receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep; build relationships with customers; resolve store-level issues; stay current on product/service updates; align with fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture culture; and process orders for the online store, delivering outstanding guest experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to problem solve quickly and in a polite manner
- Highly organized. Works well under pressure and can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team
- Able to multitask and learn new programs quickly
- Must possess integrity and follow through on customer commitments
