Job Summary
Full-Time Sales Associate at JD Sports Canada in Abbotsford. Responsible for delivering outstanding guest experience in retail store, performing POS transactions, merchandising tasks including receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, and fitting room upkeep; building relationships with customers through helpful service and communication; resolving customer issues promptly; staying current on product updates; and engaging customers with culture-related knowledge in fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture; also processes and assembles orders for the online store. Requires knowledge of the fashion industry, excellent communication, quick problem solving, strong organization, multitasking, and integrity.
