Job Summary
Be part of JD Sports Canada in Richmond as a Full-Time Sales Associate. Deliver outstanding guest experience in our retail store, perform POS transactions, assist with merchandising and replenishment, resolve customer issues, stay current on product updates, and engage customers with knowledge of fashion, music, art, technology, and architecture. Responsibilities include processing online orders, maintaining fitting rooms, building customer relationships, and providing excellent service in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Knowledge and working experience in the fashion industry
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to problem solve quickly and in a polite manner
- Highly organized
- Works well under pressure and can meet scheduled deadlines set by both the individual and the team
- Able to multitask and learn new programs quickly
