Job Summary
The role focuses on delivering outstanding guest experience in JD Sports retail stores at Metrotown. Responsibilities include performing POS transactions and merchandising tasks (receiving shipments, replenishment, price markdowns, fitting room upkeep), building lasting customer relationships, resolving customer issues at store level, staying current on product/service updates, engaging customers with culture-inspired fashion and lifestyle, and processing online-store orders. Must have knowledge of the fashion industry and strong communication, problem-solving, multitasking, and organizational skills; demonstrate integrity and follow through on commitments. The position is Full-Time, on-site in Burnaby, BC.
