Job Summary
As a Full Time Sales Associate in Inside Lawn & Garden at Lowe's, you will welcome customers to Lowe's, help them find the right products, and provide friendly, professional service. You will assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, replenish stock, process orders and deliveries, and contribute to cross-training in other areas to deliver excellent customer care. You may work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services. The role emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and helping customers solve home improvement challenges, with responsibilities including guiding customers through shopping or checkout and performing related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
