Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's provides friendly, professional assistance to customers across various departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Responsibilities include welcoming customers, helping locate and select products, answering questions, loading merchandise as needed, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-training in other areas to deliver excellent service. Required Qualifications
