Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's focused on welcoming customers, helping them find and select home improvement products, answering questions, handling merchandise, restocking, processing orders and deliveries, and collaborating across departments to deliver strong customer service. You will interact with customers, assist with locating and handling merchandise, and complete other duties as assigned, while leveraging basic computer and retail-technology skills and contributing to a positive shopping experience across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
