Job Summary
Customer Service Associate in Lowe's focused on flooring responsibilities: welcome customers, help them find and select flooring products, occasionally load merchandise, answer questions, and ensure customer needs are met. You’ll spend time assisting across departments, process orders and deliveries accurately, and help guide customers through checkout. Daily duties may vary by department, with opportunities to cross-train in other areas and participate in store-wide benefits and training programs. Requires basic computer and retail-technology use, ability to stand or sit for extended periods, and the ability to lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
Desired Qualifications

- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties

- Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials) (preferred)
