Job Summary
As a Lowe's Customer Service Associate in the Flooring/Hardware/Appliances departments, you will welcome customers, help them find products and services for home improvement, assist with locating and handling merchandise, process orders and deliveries, restock shelves, and provide friendly, professional service. The role may vary by department and includes opportunities to cross-train in other areas, tint/mix paint, cut and bundle materials, and guide customers through shopping or checkout, with a focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience and supporting store operations.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
