Job Summary
As a Lowe's Customer Service Associate, you will welcome customers to Lowe's, help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs, and deliver friendly, professional service. You will assist customers with locating and handling merchandise, stock shelves, process orders and deliveries, and may cross-train in other areas of the store to ensure excellent customer experiences across departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services. Responsibilities include guiding customers through shopping or checkout, answering questions, and supporting department-specific tasks (e.g., tinting and mixing paint, cutting and threading pipe, cutting wood, drywall, blinds), while maintaining overall store operations and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
