Job Summary
As a Full Time Sales Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers, answer questions, help them locate and select products across departments like Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, and more, and ensure customer needs are met. Daily duties include greeting customers, guiding shopping or checkout, loading merchandise when needed, replenishing stock, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-training in other store areas to deliver excellent service. The role emphasizes customer interactions, product knowledge, and merchandising, with opportunities to develop skills through track-to-the-trades programs and access to benefits such as health insurance, tuition assistance, a company 401(k) plan, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
