Full Time - Sales Associate - Electrical & Lighting - Day at Lowe's. As a Customer Service Associate, you welcome customers, help them find the right products and services for home improvement needs, and deliver friendly, professional service. You’ll interact with customers throughout the day, assist with locating and selecting merchandise, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure customer needs are met. You may work in departments such as Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services. Key duties include guiding customers through shopping or checkout, answering questions, replenishing stock, processing orders and deliveries, and cross-training in other areas to provide the best service. Minimum qualifications include basic computer use, common retail technology, and basic arithmetic, ability to stand for extended periods, and ability to lift up to 25 lbs (with accommodations as needed).
