Job Summary
As a Lowe's Full Time Sales Associate in Electrical & Lighting, you welcome customers and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will assist customers in locating and handling merchandise, process orders and deliveries, stock shelves, and support various departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, delivering friendly service, cross-training in other areas, and performing duties as assigned to ensure excellent customer experience across the store.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
