Full Time - Sales Associate - Building Materials - Day

As a Lowe's Customer Service Associate, you welcome customers and help them find the right home improvement products across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Decor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, locating and handling merchandise, replenishing stock, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and preparing department merchandise to meet customer needs. You may cross-train in other areas to deliver exceptional service, assist customers through shopping or checkout, and perform other duties as assigned. Required skills include strong customer service and communication, basic arithmetic, and basic computer/retail technology experience. Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs (with heavier lifts as needed by team lifts). Preferred qualifications include six months of Retail and/or customer service experience, bilingual abilities, and trade certifications relevant to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, lumber/building materials).
