Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's in Building Materials. You will welcome customers, help them find the right products, answer questions, process orders and deliveries, and assist across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services). Responsibilities include greeting customers, locating merchandise, restocking, and guiding customers through shopping or checkout, with opportunities to cross-train in other areas to deliver excellent service. This role emphasizes customer interaction, product knowledge, and maintaining organized, well-stocked departments. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
