Job Summary
Customer-facing role focused on delivering friendly, professional service to Lowe's shoppers across multiple departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Nursery, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Responsibilities include welcoming customers, assisting with locating and selecting products, replenishing stock, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and collaborating across departments to ensure an excellent shopping experience. The role emphasizes listening to customers, answering questions, guiding purchases, and adapting to department-specific tasks; opportunities exist to cross-train in other areas. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
