Full Time - Sales Associate - Building Materials - Day

As a Full Time Customer Service Associate at Lowe's, you will welcome customers, help them locate right products and services across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services), and deliver friendly, professional service. You will load merchandise as needed, process orders and deliveries accurately, replenish stock, and assist customers throughout the shopping experience. You may cross-train in other areas to provide the best service, prepare department merchandise (e.g., tint/mix paint, cut/thread pipe, cut and bundle wood, cut drywall, cut blinds), and guide customers through shopping or at checkout. The role requires basic computer use, familiarity with retail technology, good arithmetic, and the ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 pounds with team lifts as needed.
