Job Summary
Provide friendly, professional customer service at Lowe's across multiple departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Welcome customers, help them locate products, answer questions, assist with loading merchandise, process orders and deliveries, stock shelves, and cross-train in other areas to deliver exceptional service. The role emphasizes helping customers solve home-improvement challenges, with departmental cross-functionality, merchandising, and order processing as core duties. Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology such as smartphones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
