Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's responsible for welcoming customers and helping them find products and services to match their home-improvement needs. Daily duties include assisting customers with locating and handling merchandise, stocking shelves, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and delivering friendly, professional service across various departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, Pro Services). Opportunities to cross-train in other areas and participate in benefits programs, tuition assistance, and career growth initiatives. Strong emphasis on assisting customers, utilizing retail technology, and maintaining merchandise presentation to support a positive shopping experience.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
