Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's focused on welcoming customers, helping them locate and select home improvement products, handling merchandise, processing orders accurately, and delivering friendly, professional service across departments (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, etc.). Responsibilities include assisting customers, stocking replenishment, loading merchandise, guiding shoppers through checkout, and cross-training in other areas to ensure high-quality service.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
- Bi-lingual skills (preferred)
- Certification in trade related to department (e.g., hardware, kitchen, plumbing, electrical, lawn and garden, and lumber/building materials) (preferred)
