Job Summary
Customer Service Associate at Lowe's helping customers find products and solve home-improvement needs. You will welcome customers, answer questions, assist with locating merchandise, load and stock items, process orders and deliveries, and support department-specific tasks (e.g., appliances, cabinets, flooring, live nursery, hardware, plumbing, electrical, paint, tools, millwork, pro services). The role emphasizes friendly, professional service, merchandising accuracy, and willingness to cross-train in multiple departments to ensure customers receive timely and accurate assistance.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
