Job Summary
Welcome customers to Lowe's and help them find the right products and services for their home improvement needs. You will interact with customers throughout the day, help them locate and select products, occasionally load merchandise, and ensure all customer needs are met. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering questions, guiding shopping or checkout, replenishing stock, processing orders and deliveries accurately, and cross-training in other areas of the store (Appliances, Cabinets, Flooring, Live Nursery, Inside Garden, Hardware, Tools, Millwork, Building Materials, Plumbing, Electrical, Paint, Home Décor, Tool Rental, or Pro Services) to deliver the best customer service.
Required Qualifications
- 6 Months Experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
- 6 Months Experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
- Reading, writing, and performing basic arithmetic (addition and subtraction)
- Able to perform duties that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties
- Minimally lift 25lbs unassisted or over 25lbs with or without an accommodation
