Job Summary
Deliver exceptional one-on-one customer service to help clients find jewellery pieces and achieve sales targets and KPIs. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge through in-house training, handle operational tasks such as stock replenishment, ticketing, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping. Work within a seven-day store roster in-person at Prouds The Jewellers Karratha; leverage commission incentives and staff discounts, and participate in ongoing training to support career growth in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Exceptional 1-on-1 selling skills
- proven track record of achieving beyond sales targets and KPIs
- ability to work productively, individually and as part of a team
- flexibility with working across a seven-day store roster
