Job Summary
Full-time Sales Assistant at Ally Fashion in Hervey Bay, responsible for delivering expert customer service, supporting Store Manager as 2IC, leading in-store operations, driving sales to meet budgets, training and developing staff, maintaining stock and visual merchandising in line with brand guidelines, and assisting with staff scheduling and recruitment. Requires retail fashion experience, strong interpersonal skills, team leadership, and a proactive approach to store performance and customer experience. Police record checks may be required.
