Job Summary
Act as 2IC to the Store Manager at Gympie Central for Ally Fashion, delivering expert customer service and driving in-store performance. Lead in-store operations, provide staff training, manage stock levels and high-visual merchandising standards, and uphold health and safety. Assist with staff rostering, recruitment, and developing talents into leadership roles. Requires passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment with weekend and late-night shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced retail environment (fashion preferred)
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills
- Customer-centric, service-oriented mindset
- Ability to manage stock levels and visual merchandising per brand guidelines
- Roster management and recruitment/people development experience
- Willingness to work rotational weekend rosters and late-night shifts
- Police check may be required
