Job Summary
Conduct retail sales and operate Point-of-Sale devices while collecting, sorting, and pricing donations. Assist with visual merchandising, store presentation, and stock display following policy and procedure. Provide exceptional customer service and adhere to Occupational Health and Safety policies and TSA core values. Support the Store Manager with day-to-day operations to deliver an inspiring in-store experience for customers and community members. Work a rolling roster including weekends within the Wangara, WA retail area.
Required Qualifications
- Strong customer service skills
- Genuine passion and proven ability to deliver outstanding results in a rewarding, complex retail environment
- Flexibly to work a rolling roster including weekends
- preparedness to work across various locations in the retail area
- successful completion of a Working with Children Check
- mandatory Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check
