Job Summary
Sales Leaders are responsible for analyzing the business and creating clear action plans to optimize results, driving store goals for the Year/Month/Week/Day/Segment, supporting a team selling environment with Lane Bryant experience, executing floorsets and visual standards, ensuring merchandise flow and store controls, enforcing loss prevention/safety, onboarding and training, and coaching associates to maximize performance. The role emphasizes effective communication, product knowledge strategies, and adherence to policies while contributing to shrink prevention and safety awareness.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of specialty retail experience
- Prior sales leadership experience preferred
