Job Summary
The Home Health Admissions Registered Nurse provides and documents skilled nursing care according to care plans and physician orders. Responsibilities include developing care plans, educating clients and families, coordinating client care, and providing in-home care through various nursing skills.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN License in the state of application
- Valid CPR
Desired Qualifications
- Medicare Skilled Nursing experience
- Basic understanding of OASIS
- 1-year RN experience in a health care setting
