Job Summary
Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and organized manner, following hotel standards. Maintain a neat, well-stocked linen cart and report any room issues such as fixtures, door locks, televisions, or HVAC problems. Secure all issued equipment, keys, and supplies, and report lost and found articles to your supervisor. Respond to guest requests in a friendly and timely manner.
