Job Summary
Provide 1:1 pediatric home health care for children with medical complexities, including g-tube, trach, and ventilator support. Deliver daily services to help patients live safely and comfortably at home, school, and within their communities. Receive specialized, hands-on training in ventilator, trach, and g-tube care with 24/7 support from the dedicated team. Work full-time shifts including 7a-5p or 9p-7a rotations.
Required Qualifications
- RN or LPN
- Pediatric experience is a plus
