Job Summary
Provide professional nursing care to residents in a 60-bed skilled nursing facility; mentor and lead the team in a supportive way that inspires them to give their very best. Function as Charge Nurse and/or Medication Nurse as needed; supervise the nursing staff; ensure compliance with Federal and State health and safety regulations; participate in planning and evaluation with the Director of Nursing; coordinate with interdisciplinary team and ensure quality patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Must have valid license as a Registered Nurse in the State of Florida.
- Must have a current CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) certification.
- Associates degree (A.A.) in nursing from a two-year college or bachelor’s degree (B.S.N.) in nursing.
- Minimum two years in the field of Long-Term Care and familiarization with State of Florida regulations (CMS) preferred.
