Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home by administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with activities of daily living while following physician orders. Complete accurate clinical documentation and communicate effectively with physicians, family, and the clinical team to maintain a safe, supportive environment. Work one-on-one with medically fragile children and young adults to develop meaningful relationships, supported by paid orientation, training, and 24/7 clinical assistance. Full-time employment with consistent weekly scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted)
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can assist)
