Job Summary
Provide skilled nursing care in the patient's home by administering medications, performing assessments, and assisting with activities of daily living while following physician orders and individualized care plans. Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for medically fragile children and young adults, ensuring effective communication with physicians and families. Complete accurate clinical documentation and utilize electronic charting supported by 24/7 clinical and administrative assistance. Work full-time on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. This role offers competitive weekly pay, comprehensive benefits, and paid orientation with one-on-one training within a growing organization serving Arizona families for over 35 years.
Required Qualifications
- Current Arizona RN or LPN License (Compact License accepted)
- Current BLS Certification
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Current TB test or chest X-ray within the past 12 months
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Article 9 Certification (or willingness to obtain—we can assist)
