Job Summary
Assess medical situations to address treatment options, monitor nursing services, and review written records while reporting resident complaints to the Health Services Director. Check vital statistics, administer medications, change bandages, and wound dressings. Consult with physicians to receive and transcribe medical orders, document accurate patient records, and ensure personnel and residents follow established policies. Requires Indiana RN license, CPR certification, and ability to lift patients. Schedule includes every third weekend.
Required Qualifications
- Registered Nurse license in State of Indiana
- CPR certification
- Ability to lift and move patients
- Ability to work every third weekend
