Job Summary
Conduct initial client assessments, develop care plans, and follow up with quarterly home visits. Maintain flexibility in scheduling while independently managing your daily schedule and time. Establish relationships with new and existing clients using strong written and verbal communication skills. Must hold current NC RN licensure, CPR certification, a negative TB test, a valid NC driver's license, and pass background and drug screenings. Flexible scheduling required.
Required Qualifications
- Current RN licensure with the North Carolina State Board of Nursing
- Current CPR certification
- Current, negative 2 step TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and a drug screening
- Valid, unrestricted NC driver's license
- Vehicle with proof of auto insurance and registration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage time and organize daily schedule
- Must be flexible in scheduling
