Job Summary
Provide nursing care to residents in a facility. Responsibilities include completing initial assessments, implementing and updating service agreements upon move-in, maintaining timely and accurate medical records, ensuring physician orders are signed and implemented within 24 hours, supervising medication administration, overseeing medical equipment use, coordinating with physicians on medications and conditions, and training staff on health and medication procedures to ensure compliance with state, federal, and local regulations. The role requires professional communication with residents, staff, and families, adherence to safety and regulatory policies (e.g., HIPAA, Universal Precautions, Vulnerable Adult policies), and alignment with organizational values focused on heritage, people, customer-focused excellence, community engagement, stewardship, and leadership competencies. The role is on-site at Park Rapids, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Registered Nursing program
- Must be licensed as a Registered Nurse within the state in which working and must maintain licensure.
