Job Summary
Troubleshoot electrical systems, electronic equipment, and PLC equipment while applying knowledge of electrical codes, mathematics, and solid state control devices. Maintain accurate written records of all work performed and utilize various computer programs including Word and Excel. Manage multiple tasks and jobs efficiently while differentiating colors and communicating clearly with team members. Requires 3-5 years of experience troubleshooting electrical systems and a strong maintenance background. Full-time employment under the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, AFL-CIO, District Lodge No. 947 contract.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5yrs experience troubleshooting electrical systems, electronic and PLC equipment
- Completion of an accredited trade school or four years of electrical experience with a strong maintenance background
- The ability to differentiate colors
- Solid reading and verbal/written communication skills, and ability to keep accurate written records
- The ability to handle multiple task/jobs
- Excellent people skills
- Solid computer skills various computer programs (Word, Excel)
- Demonstrable communication skills in English (reading, writing, and speaking), and ability to keep accurate written records
