Full Time Revival Guest Lead

Guest Lead drives world-class guest service and sales performance in a retail environment. Responsibilities include leading and supporting store leadership, directing activities to achieve store goals, coaching associates on guest interactions, product knowledge, and loss prevention, ensuring merchandising excellence, managing opening/closing procedures, inventory and recovery, and delivering a positive, brand-aligned guest experience while achieving KPIs (SPH, DPT, UPT). The role emphasizes relationship building with guests, staff development, and collaboration with management to meet financial targets and maintain a safe, welcoming store environment. The position requires in-person presence in Bloomington, MN, and a commitment to brand standards and excellent guest service.
