Job Summary
Manage retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute merchandising projects to achieve client objectives. Maintain product standards by ensuring items are fully stocked, correctly signed, and set to schematics. Establish and maintain trade relationships, authorize new item placements, and oversee call coverage through scheduling and report reviews. Control expenses against budget standards and complete accurate administrative reporting. Requires 4 years of retail experience with 2 years in a supervisory role, an Associate's degree preferred, and ability to travel up to 30% while driving. Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of applicable experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Good written communication and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Work independently
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
- Travel up to 30 %
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration
- Ability to work in extremely cold conditions
- Use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking
