Job Summary
Manage and direct retail associates, conduct store audits, and execute all retail projects to achieve client and customer standards. Maintain client objectives by ensuring products are fully stocked, correctly signed, properly faced, and set to schematics. Establish and maintain trade relationships through work appointments and new item placements. Monitor expenses against budget standards and complete accurate administrative reporting, including timesheets and recaps. Travel up to 30% of the time and drive as essential duties. Work in field, office, or retail store environments requiring physical activity and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience
- 4 years of applicable experience
- 2+ years supervisory experience
- Good written communication and verbal communication skills
- Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle a fast-paced work environment
- Work independently
- Basic computer skills including familiarity with Word, Excel, and Internet usage
- Ability to gather data, to compile information, and prepare reports
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration
- Ability to work in extremely cold conditions
- Travel up to 30 %
- Use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking
