Job Summary
Senior-level leadership role in a high-end retail environment. Responsible for achieving sales targets and KPIs, developing and maintaining client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, upholding visual merchandising and store standards, and overseeing store operations and staff in the absence of Store Management. Key duties include maintaining selling floor presentation, growing the client base through networking, supporting special events and inventory processes, and ensuring opening/closing procedures are completed. Requires experience in luxury retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to represent the James Perse brand professionally.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Experience in retail/boutique store dealing with high-end goods
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills
- Ability to open/close the store and manage operations when needed
