Job Summary
Maintain client objectives by ensuring secondary product placements are fully stocked, correctly signed, and set to schematics. Secure front-end and main aisle presence for client products while managing time for store call coverage and responding to audits. Communicate effectively with customers and management to build rapport, field questions, and develop action plans to resolve issues. Travel up to 20% of the time with a valid driver's license to visit retail accounts across grocery, mass merchandise, and specialty channels. Perform duties in an environment requiring considerable physical activity, including lifting up to 50 pounds and working in cold conditions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience
- Basic knowledge of retail merchandising and/or selling
- Valid driver's license
- Valid proof of current insurance
- Ability to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand on feet for long periods of time
- Ability to work in extremely cold conditions
- Aggressive self-starter with a strong bias for action and results orientation
- High sense of urgency; strong drive and passion to win
