Full Time Retail Receiving Manager

Lead and support inventory management, merchandising standards, and in-stock store presentation. Manage truck processes, planogram and AD set execution, shrink and safety programs, and act as Manager on Duty. Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, performance management, and staff development. Provide friendly customer service, help customers find products, and collaborate across omni-channel processes. Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production, and maintain seasonal sets and visual merchandising. Maintain store conditions per SOPs and company programs, drive KPI achievement, and model positive leadership in a climate-controlled retail environment. Strong emphasis on teamwork, accountability, customer service, and adherence to policies; experience in retail merchandising, operations, and people leadership preferred.
